Recently in Help Desk we have been using a tool called AWS. AWS stands for Amazon Web Services and is used to make many different chatbots in the cloud so they can be used or edited at anytime. Chatbots are helpful tools that you can talk to that can answer any questions you have or complete any simple online tasks. Some common chatbots are Alexa and Siri.
